Specialized Adoption Agency (SAA)


  • ACRD has received recognition to set-up a Specialised Adoption Home (SAA) for orphaned, abandoned, lost, or surrendered children up to the age of six years. Named ‘Morom Alay’ the newly recognised SAA, authorized by the Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) under the Ministry of Women and Child Development is located in Barihat, near Mirza, Kamrup district.

    Through our SAA ‘Morom Alay’,

      • 1. Childless couples can adopt a child legally

      • 2. We have a committee who will decide on the competence of the adoptive parents

      • 3. We facilitate prospective adoptive parents (PAPs) in the adoption process, including court process, registration, etc
