To catalyze socio-economic change in rural Assam by empowering the most deprived and disadvantaged sections of the community.

ACRD will facilitate and strengthen the rural, disadvantaged people by building their capacity and developing their skills in respect to alternative livelihood opportunities, health support and educational support services.
